Whether you need plastering or building services, once you have chosen to contact us, we will set up a suitable time and date to come and give you a free estimate, letting you know exactly what is needed, how much it will cost and how long it will take to complete – if the work is not necessary or needed then we will tell you!
Works that are then agreed upon will always be communicated to you in writing. If you have chosen to have building work done, whether it is a bathroom or kitchen refurbishment, or an extension then we offer a project management service to assist you from planning and building control through to completion. Both myself and my wife work closely with the client throughout.
All materials purchased on behalf of the client are always bought at trade, where possible, and these discounts are always passed onto the customer.
All material spent is documented and sent to the client regularly.
